In its twelfth year, Rochester Cocktail Revival week brings you a diverse lineup of tastings alone or paired with food, educational workshops, and many parties geared toward the general public as well as for the service industry.

"Slide out of RCR 2025 and into a funkier time of velvet ropes, platform shoes and amaretto. For one night only we'll be celebrating a throwback of disco, funk and Italo while featuring an original menu of 70s classics pulled from the Jones Bar-Guide and Playboy Cocktail Book. Special guest Al Sotack (formerly of Jupiter Disco, Death and Co., Vice and Epicurious) will be there, along with Adriatico Amaretto, a modern generation of amaretto firmly rooted in history. Throw on a gold chain or some glitter sparkle and get ready for a late night boogie."
