In its twelfth year, Rochester Cocktail Revival week brings you a diverse lineup of tastings alone or paired with food, educational workshops, and many parties geared toward the general public as well as for the service industry.

"Rob Krueger and Eamon Rockey will dive into this two-part seminar: first, the physical creation of a drink (tins, glasses and batches), followed by the best way to represent it in written form on menu (themes, expectations and sales). [BIOS] Rockey is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (BPS ‘06).
